We need more thinkers with ideas, and the people that can implement ideas. SARA's technical staff comes from all technology backgrounds and degrees. We are interested in technical staff that can support a variety of technical assignments, are able to develop disciplined analysis and perform experimental verification and product development. We are looking for both experienced and less-experienced engineers. We are looking for innovative people who are strong in theory, yet can also design and build. We need people who have the self discipline to meet schedule commitments, organize their work, and document the results without a lot of management. In return we provide the opportunity to explore new ideas and develop new markets and try new things.
