Job Scope

The Embedded Systems Developer will support and lead projects to develop embedded hardware systems for use in instrumentation systems. The Embedded Systems Developer will support all stages of a projects life cycle from engineering design through deployment.

Requirements

• A BS in Electrical Engineering
• Proficient in Hardware development languages VHDL Verilog, as well as high level development languages such as C, proficiency using Quartis II is a plus
• Experience in developing and implementing imbedded microprocessor systems hardware and an understanding in manufacturing processes a plus
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, organization of thought
• Knowledge and experience in software engineering practices, configuration management, unit and reversion testing, and software documentation
• Ability to work as a member of a small disciplined team of developers
• US CITIZENSHIP required for security clearance purposes
