Job Scope

The Software Developer will support and lead projects to develop software to support instrumentation and interface with embedded systems. The Software Developer will support the development of highly reliable software systems to process and analyze scientific data. The software Developer will design software for Wintel as well as iOS systems.

Requirements

• A BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in implementing software in high-level languages, especially Objective C, C, C++, Java, Labview, Matlab
• Experience in iOS software engineering is a plus
• Experience in embedded systems software development is a plus
• Ability to understand and implement mathematical representations in software applied mathematics background a plus
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, organization of thought
• Knowledge and experience in software engineering practices, configuration management, software unit and regression testing, software documentation practices
• Ability to work as a member of a small disciplined team of developers
• US CITIZENSHIP required for security clearance purposes
